City Block is a St. Louis-based storytelling collective focused on digital marketing, event amplification, community engagement, public relations and influencer activations. Our deep passion, pride and care for our work enables us to act as an extension of our clients’ teams rather than a distant, third-party agency, taking the time to make sure they are truly heard and connecting the dots to create refined messaging that resonates.
Amanda Staely, MANAGING director
In May 2019, Amanda joined the City Block team as a Content Strategist.
She graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in English and an emphasis in Creative Writing in 2010. In September of 2019, Amanda completed her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Lindenwood University. Before City Block, she taught English to special education students, served as the Special Education Department Head, and coached softball.
Amanda has lived in St. Louis for thirty years. A city isn’t a city without the people, and all people have a story. Amanda values the stories of people and businesses making a positive impact in our city.
