Taco Buddha
Taco Buddha is a neighborhood gem—a global fusion taco joint settled in the heart of University City. What began in 2014 as a mobile catering company became a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2017. The name – Taco Buddha – reflects their departure from the traditional taco concept. They focus on the global formula of chiles, proteins, and vegetables served atop homemade, street-style corn tortillas. Taco Buddha offers something for carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans alike.
