Flipstik

Defying gravity has never been easier with Flipstik - a thin device that attaches to the back of your phone with a customizable cover that serves as a kickstand or can be stuck to nearly any flat surface hands-free. Their trademark “synthetic setae” adhesive from NASA research is based on the feet of geckos and can be reused since it’s washable with soap and water or alcohol pads. This enables hands-free selfies, zoom conferences, cooking, YouTube or Netflix viewing on planes, trains, or even while you’re brushing your teeth.

Founder, Akeem Shannon previously had worked with hundreds of small businesses that ignited an entrepreneurial itch. In the fall of 2017, Akeem launched Flipstik in a few short months and launched his business on Kickstarter in 2018, won the 2019 CES Retail Pitch competition by TechStars, and most recently appeared on Shark Tank.
