Pam and David O’Neill of House Springs, MO started embroidering in their basement in 2000. They started with sweatshirts for Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, and the word quickly spread. They eventually moved out of their basement to a booth at the Pevely Flea Market, then in 2010, Pam and David opened their own retail store. Their work continues to this day; they’ll do anything from traditional embroidery to digitized logos. Pam’s claim to fame is the $3 embroidered headband (there’s over 20 color choices and 200 designed to choose from).

City Block is currently advising Pam’s Monogram on social strategy and rebuilding their website.
